This year’s May team may not be large in numbers, but they sure do have huge hearts, loads of enthusiasm, and tons of experience working with kids!! This amazing group, compromised of 8 staff members from Muskoka Woods, boarded a plane today to spend the next two+ weeks serving alongside of our staff and volunteers in Romania. Games, skits, crafts & songs — this team will be using all their creative camp leadership skills with so many Romanian kids. During their trip, this team will help to run two weekend-long “mini-camps” for children living in group homes. They will also be visiting orphanages, a seniors’ home, schools, and a hospital.
Our hope for this team is that they will discover more about themselves, God, and Romania on this trip. Please keep these awesome 8 team members in your prayers as they serve in Romania until May 26th.
